  • Submit your return request

    Return shipping will be $30 per tire.

    Step 1

  • We Will Contact You

    A Logistics representative will email you within 2 business days to inform you whether your request has been approved or denied (excluding weekends).
    If approved, the representative will provide you with the necessary return labels.

    Step 2

  • Drop Off Your Tires

    A Tire Agent representative will assign you a FedEx location.
    If there is no nearby FedEx location, you can contact FedEx to schedule a pick up.

    Step 3

Refunds are processed within 3 business days once the tires have arrived at the warehouse.

  • Return/Refund Policy

    We here at Race Treads hold our customers satisfaction in the highest regard. If you need to return your order we will be happy to help. Please reach out to us via email at returns@racetreads.com or call us at (833) 847-3463 and one of our customer service specialists will assist you.

    Race Treads will not accept Returns or Warranty claims for tires that have been used for drifting. Please contact us for more information.

  • Return for Refund or Exchange

    All returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been mounted on a rim and/or driven on will be eligible for return. To qualify for a return, the tires purchased must be returned in their original condition including manufacturer stickers when possible. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping on tires that match the original order. If you need to return tires due to an error by Race Treads, we will cover the cost of shipping.

  • Shipping Damages Claim

    If the tires received are damaged or incorrect, please fill out our Shipment Issues Help form here. In the event you receive damaged or incorrect tires you must keep the tires in its original condition and packaging with the original label (if arrived with labels). A full refund will be issued or exchanged tires shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Manufacturer Warranty Claims

    Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty for those that qualify. Other than applicable manufacturer’s warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Race Treads is happy to facilitate the manufacturer warranty process for all of our customers. Customers will be responsible for shipping tires in the original order back to our warehouse. Not all tire claims are guaranteed a refund. Tire claims are inspected on a case-by-case basis directly by the manufacturer to ensure the claim fits with the manufacturer’s guidelines of coverage. Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.
