Is an email address required for purchase from RaceTreads.com?

Yes, an email address is required when purchasing from RaceTreads.com. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order. Email will also be the initial method of communication should the need be.

What method of payments are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover are accepted forms of payment. We also offer many lease-to-own finance options on the checkout page. Prepaid cards are not an accepted form of payment.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Due to all orders being pulled 1 hour after submission, all order cancellations are required to be within 1 hour of purchase time. Please know that should you need to cancel your order, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $49 by your finance company, should that be your chosen payment method.

  • If your cancellation request is submitted beyond 1 hour after your order has been placed it will be treated as a standard customer return. Payment of return fees will be required.

What do I do if I receive an email telling me that an item(s) I ordered is currently out of stock?

We apologize for this inconvenience but if this situation arises you will be offered either a full refund to the payment method which you used to purchase your order or you will be offered tires of equal quality and price point to the tires you originally purchased.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or different item from what I ordered?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item please have your order number ready and contact us immediately. We will request pictures of the damaged/wrong item to relay to our warehouse and we will have the issue resolved immediately.

Do you offer military discounts?

Order Processing/Shipping

How long will my order take to process/ship?

  • All orders are processed within 1 hour of purchase confirmation.
  • Most orders ship out from our warehouse within 24 business hours.
  • You will receive an email once your order ships with all of your tracking information.

Why did I receive numerous tracking numbers in my shipping confirmation email?

Each item on your order receives its own tracking number.

Okay, but I ordered 4 tires and only received 2 tracking numbers.

In some instances, if an even number of tires are purchased(2, 4, 6, etc.) we will band 2 tires together to make the shipping process easier for the customer. When this happens 1 tracking number is assigned per bundle.

How much does shipping cost?

All RaceTreads orders are shipped free of charge to our customers. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a customer.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days after leaving our warehouse. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Please understand that sometimes weather conditions or regional issues may cause delays with orders being shipped/delivered. We will do our best to resolve any issues regarding this, should they arise.

What do I do if my order experiences issues in transit?

If your order shows an issue in transit such as “Pending”, “Weather Delay” or “Delivery Exception” please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue with the shipping company.

Can I pick up my order from the warehouse instead of having it shipped?

Unfortunately, an order can not be picked up directly from one of our warehouses. But we do offer orders to be picked up at FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers. This option is available in the checkout process.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Unfortunately, no. All orders are only shipped to the continental United States.

I received a notification that my order has been delivered, but I don’t see it. What do I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 48 hours of delivery notification, please follow the below steps:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order.
  • Review the Picture Proof of Delivery that is shown with most FedEx deliveries. Does the delivery picture match the shipping address that was provided by you at the time of purchase?
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
  • If after 48 hours you still are waiting to receive your delivery please contact us and we will look into this further.

Where are you located?

Our corporate office is located in New York City. We have over 300 warehouses strategically located throughout the country to create the best customer experience possible.

Can I do in-store pickup of my order?

All tires are shipped to the customer via FedEx. Our warehouses are not set up for customer pick-up at this time. All tires can be shipped to a local installer you choose, or to your home/office address via FedEx.


Are tires that are purchased from RaceTreads.com covered by their respective Manufacturer's Warranty?

Yes, RaceTreads honors all covered Manufacturer warranty-related issues.

How long does Manufacturer Warranty coverage last and what is covered by the Manufacturer Warranty?

Each Manufacturer's time period and what is covered differs between each Manufacturer. If you believe you have experienced a Manufacturer Warranty-related issue please review the Manufacturer Warranty Policy on your tire Manufacturer’s Website.

Do you offer any other type of Warranty Protection?

Yes, we offer Extend Protection as a protection add-on only in the checkout process. No extra protection is offered after the order has been placed.

What do I do if my tire has experienced an issue that is covered by the Manufacturer Warranty Policy?

What if I purchased Extend Protection at checkout and need to use it for the damage my tire has experienced?

Extend handles all of its claims directly, so please call Extend’s Customer Care Team at 877-248-7707 and they will assist you.


How long do I have to return an order?

RaceTreads accepts returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

What is your return policy on items that have been installed/mounted/used?

  • RaceTreads is unable to accept the return of any items that have been installed/mounted/used.
  • All items must be returned unused with all of their original packaging/product labels/etc.

Are returns free of charge?

All returns for RaceTreads items have a return fee. The return fee is determined by the item size and item quantity that is being returned.

It is within 30 days from the day of purchase, my items have not been installed/mounted/used, and are still in their original packaging/product labels. How do I initiate a return?

My return items have been delivered. When should I expect my refund?

The return inspection process usually takes 5-7 business days from the delivery date. After your items have been reviewed and no issues have been detected we will notify you and your choice of payment method of the authorized refund.
